the sad thing is i knew im the type ta get attatched real easily but i did it anyway knowin he's moving on the 27th....in a few weeks...now i cant picture **** without him

You shouldn't have got attached. After that happens, you can't really fix the situation. Try to keep it more casual next time.

What does a friend with benefits mean? You guys never went out? Have you guys ever talked to each other about a possible relationship? So basicly he didn't have to do anything to be with you intimately, since knowing you were digging him.
My suggestion is to count this as a lost because Its not a good ideal to give anybody something that special unless you know and he knows that you're his one and only. And in the future make sure he earn it before he get it.

r u his sexpartener or his soulmate? or just a causal friend?
sex isn't love and love isn't sex.so is either u need him for sex or u need him to be part of u?
try and deprive him of what he likes most then if u both r still friends know that u two lacks the moral to open up ue secret love for each other

Just try to stay in touch with him....there's e-mail, phone, mail, text, etc. You and him can still be friends, but just try to find someone else out there too.
