Boy are you in luck I have some good information for you.I will first start with the chest muscles. There are three types of exercises that you can do for your pectoralis major, and pectoralis minor. First off just to start you out so that you get used to it, just do your average normal pushup, for awhile then you can do diamond pushups(just put your hand into a shape of a diamond in front of your chest and do your thing, thenyou can put your feet on top of a chair, and your hand on the floor so you will be at a angle, it may seem weird at first but you will soon see it is not as easy as you thought and it works out he chest very good, and it will come out more defined, also another push up that you can do is more advanced, have you ever tried to walk on your hands, just do that but against the wall and do push ups against the wall, that will really work out your pecs, try doing 15, I dare you there not that easy but once you can do them your strength increases big time, also another type of exercise that works you chest is pullups they work your whole upper body, when done right, just dont swing you legs to get momentum. Now as for your abs.... DO NOT DO THE SITUPS THAT YOU LEARNED IN SCHOOL THEY ARE BAD FOR YOUR BACK. Crunches are all you need to do, side crunches for you external obliques, and regular crunches for your anterior abdominal muscles. If you want you abs to be well defined where evryone can see then you have to go on a special diet, all it persists of is a low carb diet of about 50 grams a day and food that does not contain any fat whatsoever, so that your body can use the fat in your body foe energy, and don't eat any fruits while on this diet, because the body will use the sugar for energy instead of your fat, you can eat plenty of meat because it contains protein and you need protein to build muscles, everyonce in awhile you can cheat and eat what ever you want, just be determined on how defined you want your muscles. Also you need to do some cardio to get your heart pumping so that it will use up the fat for energy also, make sure to drink plenty of water so you don't exaust yourself, and give yourself days in between for your body to adjust and recouperate, your muscles may hurt but hat is ok after awhile your body will stop hurting and you will not have pain anymor because the body will start converting the lactic acid into energy, if you stop then go back to working out then you will have pain, so it is better to keep this up for many years, so that you can remain healthy. I do this myself, that is why I know the technique well, and besides if you exercise all the time you will always stay younger looking for longer than most people.

If what you mean is working out at home, buy a bench and do dumbell bench presses for chest. If what you mean is no weights at all, do push ups, standard and with feet elevated on a chair or similar.

Vary your hand position to work different muscle groups. When you work up to it, have your GF or wife sit one your upper back while you work out.

For abs, do crunches and twists, use a weight on your chest for additional resistence.

Pushups for sure, try spacing your hands further apart for a better pec and chest workout and closer together for a biceps and triceps. Situps are ok but can put a lot of strain on your neck if you lock your hands behind your neck, try leg lifts and crunches for the results you are looking for! Good luck.

Do anything that requires pushing add pulling.
But really the only way to build a great chest is to go to the gym.
good luck.

Of the classic natural-resistance excersises, pullups target both the biceps and the chest area. As already mentioned, pushups will also help with the chest, especially if you turn the hands inward.

Crucnes really works your abs. If you don't have any weight to loose, then they work great and you will see results. Pull ups work as well. Abs is probably the best.

Press ups. Done correctly, these strengthen your core muscles as well as arms, chest and shoulders.
If you have something that you can hang from, pull-ups are good, too.
