There's more to it than just your sun signs (Libra, Virgo.) Other parts of your charts will show whether you're truly compatible, why you were drawn to one another in this lifetime, and a truly insightful astrologer may help you understand what you're meant to learn from being together in this lifetime.
If your husband is already your best friend, I would suspect that fundamentally you are compatible....disagreements are a natural part of every healthy relationship (how boring it would be to be with a clone of ourselves!) but what you might want to work on is how to accomodate those differences. Astrology is one way to see if how you argue or respond to conflict can be worked on. (for example if one of you is very confrontational and the other one is more passive aggressive, your chart will help you understand that you two both need to work on how to "fight" more fairly and effectively.)
