There are some sites that play the game live and streaming but you need an extremely fast connection to be able to use them. I work at Yahoo! and even our connection isn't fast enough to watch the games. A good subsitute, however, is watching the MatchCast on Yahoo! sports. It gives constantly updated comments on the game from experts, reporters, and users, while also showing the players and who has possesion of the ball, fouls, penalties and what not.
