The commercial is the one with the guy driving in a convertible. The lyrics go something like "...porterhouse, filet mignon...eat steak"
It's not the other one with the Reverend Horton Heat. I already know that one!

I haven't seen, or heard of the advertisement. I dont even live in the US, but I thought this might be good opportunity to mention that the consuming of animal matter is the primary fuel to the growing percentage of overweight and obese people in the US, and thus will implore you not to continue attending places like Hardee's (I'm assuming its some kind of meat oriented restaraunt) and start visiting places like Subway. This change would henceforth make your question irrelevant, replaced by such questions as "where's the Nearest sandwich parlour to my hourse?" or "how much does a footlong with the lot cost, and can I ask to have more added?"
