74-75 downstairs
72-73 upstairs
I live in KY.
But we also just got a yearly servicing on AC units(2), with freon fill, so I have had it set lower lately since it is colder "feeling", were as I used to have the settings at 72 downstairs, and fight with my son to 70 upstairs, he would move it down to 65. Servicing makes a big difference.

76 in the summer and 68 in the winter - we might have it higher in the winter and lower in the summer but with the cost of gas going through the roof - we won't be able to buy groceries if we just do what's most comfortable. IL
