Depending on the length of the story arc, Mark Henry would win the final match. Just like Undertaker will come back and beat Khali.

I would like to see that match I hope Mark Henry would be able to beat Khali after all Mark Henry is the strongest man in the world right now.

I would bet that Mark Henry would win because even though he is shorter, he definitely stronger. I haven't seen anything in my mind that proves that The Great Khali is really as strong as they say. All the people I've seen him lift and throw out the ring are cruiserweights. I'd like to see the match and just find out who would win.
