Well it is mostly peer pressure and wanting to prove they are more mature than others. Most of those teens are just wanting some attention or feel loved. they try to prove how cool and how mature they are that they have un protected sex yeah for a while they enjoy it and tell their friends all about it but later they are on a place like this worried wanting help (which is fine) because they are not ready to be parents.

Maybe not so much lust, at least not for me. It depends, the first time I had sex with a man I did it because my mom didn't accept the fact that I was a lesbian, and I was trying to please her. The second time, I thought I was in love with this guy, and it wasn't that or lust. It was just me trying to please other people. Now I know better.
By the way, I was 18 when I first had sex.

They feel like the person they are with is "the one" and that they are going to stay together forever. Unfortunately they probably haven't had a lot of relationships yet and have little to compare it to.
Girls feel the pressure to "be" with their man because they feel it's the greatest expression of their love for him - if they don't do it, they fear losing him. They think that unwanted pregnancies happen to other people and it can't effect their lives.
I think expecting young people today to save themselves for marriage is a little unrealistic. I think it's better for us to teach them to make good choices in how they lead their lives and to protect themselves as need be.

Many of their friends say that everybody is doing it when they are not. Teens lose their virginity and some have bad experiences and can't enjoy sex with their future marriage partners because of it. People should not let anyone put pressure on them to do things. If someone does this, they can't be your friend anymore.

Peer pressure. Wanting to look cool and fit in. The need to find love or something else emotional that they are lacking.
Plus when teens have sex I remember in school they would make it out to be this big wonderful thing and make it almost as tempting as a drug. It is hard to resist.

They do it out of curiosity. Thinking that they will discover something that hasn't been discovered already. They feel that they are madly in love and that there will never be another. There will be others, plenty, maybe not like your first, but just the same, better.
Once this is learned, which most likely will be too late, they realize sex is something precious and to be shared with someone you truly love.

Teenage is nothing but attaining puberty. It is a stage where the teens can't be treated either as adults or kids. At this stage they become sexually active due to the release of certain hormones, which make them think of sex and having it. But they should not indulge in such activities at this age. It is always better to divert thier minds by indulging in yoga or meditation which imporves their concentration.

some think it's cool, and some are sluts. i dont believe in sex at an early age. 14 or 15 is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too young. 16 in inbetween (im almost 16) and anything above that is OK as long as they feel ready and they are doing it with the right person

It is LUST! its cuz well they just got horny and want it to go away!masturbation and premarital sex are both SIN! and who ever does either (or BOTH nowadays) has no respect for themselves.Its cuz teens fall in love but hey love doesnt last long but GODS love does! i mean im 15! i see the same ol' crap happen!My fiancee and i are waiting of course! we r both christian and hey its best to wait if ur a believer or not!
