In a relationship (your current one, or most recent, or whatever one) How Long did it take you as a couple to say "I love you"? ( and hopefully mean it as you said it) Most say its a few months on average. whats your experience?

I said it about six months in, and my wife said it about three years into our marriage... :)~ just kidding.
I said it six months in, while she said it a few months after wards when it was right for her.

It took my husband and I about a month to say I love you (even though we'd both been feeling it for awhile). We were engaged 3 months after we met and married 8 months after that (so, all in all we'd known each other for 11 months when we got married). Our 8th anniversary is in a few days. :) Sometimes, a rushed relationship *does* work out.

I took 5 pretty years to know that i love my hubby and i cant leave without him when i was in college...i used to like him but never thought i would love him so intensly...we were best friends never been more than friend...its after 5 years when some other guy proposed me, i understood that i love him very much and cant stay without him.....

It took about 5 months in my last relationship. She said it about 41/2 months in, but I told her I didn't want to say it back just because she said it first, but to say it because I meant it.
And then she cheated while on vacation, 2 months later, but "didn't mean to, it just happened."

Yes, for me it was about 2 months in my last relationship. And we saw each other almost every day.. so I feel like that sped things up a lot.

He was my neighbor..so I knew him a while before we started dating. Then when we did, he told me first in just a few weeks. We've been married now for 3 years and going strong.

it was about 2 months we agreed not to get serouis he like a female that was seprated from her husband. we both were in job corps together. well he got a phone call from her husband saying that they are getting back together. he was really torn up about it. i was there for him he kept on saying i'm sorry over and over again. so i wrote on a piece of paper it is ok i understand u love her not me. he wrote back i think i'm falling in-love with u so i wrote back to him i think i'm falling in-love with u 2 which i knew i was. i was trying to not to fall in-love with him

Before we had a relationship. Actually, I never courted her. It just came up too fast. Then it ended too fast also.hehehe
