Since they changed things, I cannot answer any questions. When as I hit the "Submit" button, nothing whatsoever happens. Worked fine 'til they "fixed" it.

maybe you already max out your chances to answer any questions. they have this levels you know. the higher you are the more you could answer questions. if you are in level 1, you can only answer 20 questions a day ....

Sometimes their servers will go down when they are maxed out.
You should just wait a little and try again.
Also, make sure that you are currently logged in.
You may need a plugin as well.

turn off your computer and back on. this will reset your defaults
