well what does it mean when u are just sitting there and u find an older man looking at u then turning away? why do they do that?

I agree men are very visual, and some people pay more attention to others, especially men, and especially older people. Unless its some creepy looking guy, and unless you catch him looking at your butt or somthing, I wouldnt worry about it.

If its a real old man thier remembering the old days, back when they were young. If it's a man between the ages of 30-40 then thier wondering if you like to date older men. And depending if your younger than 20 the men 20-30 are just trying to get into your pants. Let me retract that about the men 20-40 thier not all like that but 90% are.

Of-course their looking at you because they find you attractive, but if their looking to hard just say "HEY I'M UNDER AGE!!!", or you could tell them to stop looking at you. I don't agree with kimbermalloy because, sometimes men look at you and follow you to violate you.I remember when i was in the sixth grade I was groped by a man that was on the subway. I remember i saw him before i walked by him and didn't even pay him any mind, But he waited till everyone on the platform was gone and that's when he followed me to the gate exit, and groped me when i went halfway through the gate. I could not have chased him because i could not go back through the exit. All I did was stand there cursing at him while he ran away. Till this day older men still get up close to me and follow me when I walk home from school with friends.

Depends on how young you are. If a man is staring at a 12 year old, he is pervert.
If he happened to look over and a 12 year old was sitting there, and he quickly looked away, he did the right thing.

It all depends on how old you are, and how old he is (pre-teen vs. horny 20 something; or young adult vs. possible grandfather). It also depends on how he was looking at you before he turned away (staring lustfully or lost in thoughts with his gaze accidentally fixed on you).

I'd say, regardless of what his intent/thoughts were - what really matters is how you responded. You can choose to a.) stare back b.) comment on how pretty you look today, "I am a hottie aren't I?" c.) start crying and shouting about how you wish men didn't view women as a sexual trophy.

By young if you mean like,15, then either he's not aware of how old/young she is, or he has a teen fetish.

By young if you mean like,10, she is either his daughter, and you misinterpret his look, or he ought to have his balls put through a wood chipper.

Older men are attracted to younger women. Maybe they are trying to reclaim their youth or something. I date a women that is 20 years younger than myself and she has no problem with that. Take it as a complement.

Maybe you remind them of someone...a grandkid or a kid and now that person is all grown up or has moved away...that's what I think if it's an old old man....otherwise if they're around 30-35, they're just freakin pervs and you'd better watch out.

Indeed, just because they are older doesnt mean that they dont have feelings or attractions to the opposite sex. Take it as a compliment really cause you youth wont last forever.

I agree with everyone that says that they are still men.. only older. But maybe they look at you strangely for other reasons... do you dress freakish, are you a cross dresser, do you wear clothes that are revealing or say things on them?
