In England, there were a series of "factory" acts passed between 1802 and 1891. They dealt with working conditions in British factories, particularly labor by children.

Perhaps you could be a bit more specific. I dunno of any laws that were passed in factories. Maybe you mean laws regarding the safe operation of factories...or regarding working conditions in factories...
