I downloaded this software from download.com & saved it in a folder but when I tried to install it, it showed an error message "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance." But neither my computer was in safe mode nor the Windows Installer was diabled. After that I tried to install several other programs saved in my computer and did it without any problem. I downloaded the software again from tune-up.com & tried to install it again but the same error message appeared. Please solve my problem!!!

I suggest down loading the program again. But this time save it to your desk top. After the down load is finished, click on the icon and let the program choose the place for installation.

When you download the software dont save it..
Click on the RUN when it promps you
Some online downloads don't fully download unless you let the program run instead of saving
It will save to your computer automatically anyway....
At least with my windows XP thats how it is working

just go to www.phazeddl.com and download a fully-functionable version of your software
