You need to drink more fluids; try some cranberry juice too. Lay off of the soda and caffiene.

I agree with the retired nurse - you should be drinking at least 6-8 8oz glasses of H2O everyday - and should also check to see if you have a UTI (urinary tract infection) as they can be asymptomatic (meaning you do not necessarily feel the burning sensation) Eating Yogurt and drinking cranberry juice (within limits as you have indicated that your sugar levels are high) and perhaps should also revisit your doctor..

First of all, don't ask important medical questions such as this on a public forum. Unless the person answering it is a medical professional, you're going to get a lot of misinformation which could prolong your condition. Go to your physician and tell him/her what your problem is. Chances are, it's something simple that may involve a simple change or altering of your medication.

foul smelling urine can be caused by certain medications. it can also be an indication of a urinary tract infecton. dehydration is also a cause of your problem. To help with dehydration, drink plenty of water. avoid alcoholic bevs and caffeinated bevs. drinking lots of cranberry juice can help if it's a urinary tract infection. Talk to your doc or pharmicist about your prescipt. This might just be a side effect to the medication. Good Luck!!

More water, when you urinate throught the day it should be nearly clear. no soda or sugar loaded drinks. If it hurts on urination get to a Dr. as this could be a sign of a Urinary\bladder infection, STD or your glucose (sugar) levels could be getting dangerously high.

I agree w / the nurse. BUT you need to bring down your sugar levels. That could be causing it. Drinking a lot more will help that too, as well as any urinary tract infection. Go see your doc.

Whatever you are eating is not digested properly. Therefore you should avoid eating without hunger.
The medicines might be causing excessive bile secretion hampering your hunger. Please consult your doctor.
If you have constipation treat it with fibrous vegitables - especially green.
