No doubt. They really play as a team, without selfishness. They have amazingly skillful players, even on the bench. The members of the team are very close. Pekerman is an excellent coach. And most importantly, they are ready to leave their heart on the field.
Vamos Argentina!!!

I don't think any team from the americas will win. Not even Brazil. I'm still sticking with my pick that Holland will beat Argentina next week.
UPDATE: To Brad: Argentina plays by the book? News to me, although I have to admit this is the first time I've seen them play in the last 3 years a game where they didn't (on camera at least) grab an opposing player's jersey. I didn't get to see the Ivory Coast match though.

Yes, write this prediction down...Argentina will win it's third world cup this year!!! No one has the ball control of Argentina, no one. They have the best midfield in the tournament, the craziest fans, great/experienced coaching, and El Pato as goalie. They looked great against their first opponent and even better against their second. Watch as the tournament goes on, more people will pay attention to Argentina.

I think Argentina is definitely headed to the final game. Whether or not they can win that game is open to debate.
In any event, they played superbly today, and those who are predicting a Dutch win next week are in for a disappointment.

Absolutely. At the rate they are playing, they have proved the best team effort and sportsmanship so far: outstanding passes, solid goal scoring all in the name of the game.
Argentina plays by the book.

Nobody payed any attention to Argentina(I don't know why), I I think they are going to be a suprise threat. If they do win they would join the club of three with Italy and Germany!

They certainly looked good today. But Spain looked very good in their opening match, as did the Czech Republic. It's way too early to say anything about who is going to win, especially once the knockout stage begins, one mistake can mean elimination, no matter how well you are playing up to that point

yeah i think they will do it after today's performance. alot of people will say that it was easy match. How the hell was it easy? the serb came to the game and they needed a win to give them hope to stay in the world cup. Argentine by pushing on the serbs makes the game look easy. The coach Pekerman is very smart and he will win the cup. AND WE WILL SEE
