According to IMDB, he is not in the movie. Looks like they are trying to cash in on his previous appearances. I think even Paul Walker is in the ad.

He may be in the advertisement but I know he's not in the movie. I read an article where it says that Vin Diesel doesn't do sequels... he didn't do 2 fast 2 furious, or XXX 2... he said that being in sequels is bad for an actor's reputaion "that is his beleive anyway"

I saw that too but knew he wasn't in the movie! I like how they put on that trailer the day before and the day that the movie is released to get more people to go see it! Losers!!
In regards to ***Animal Lover***'s comment: Vin Diesel may have said that but, HELLO, "Chronicles of Riddick" was part two to "Pitch Black"!!!! I know he said in the past that he wouldn't do part XXX part two BECAUSE he had already committed to "Chronicles of Riddick" and he had to keep his word and wanted to since he felt "Pitch Black" made him a star!

i presumed it became rather good. no longer almost as good because the first, yet actual more effective positive than the second one. There wasn't as a lot action because the first both. nonetheless truly worth gazing in the journey that your a short and livid fan.
