a court order saying that this person is not to have any men after 8:00 pm ? is there such a thing and what is it called? also can this order be placed after the divorce has been finalized....

you want the court to decree that your ex has to be home by 8:00 pm every night (even weekends) and can't have any men over? sounds like the middle ages.

aren't you glad she can't do that to you?

The closest thing is going to be a protective order in most states. However, that will restrict that person on a full time basis, I dont think there is such a thing for just certain hours of the day. If there were, you would have to prove to a judge that its necessary which isnt easy, specially if there are kids involved.

My friend's mom had a court order saying that she had to be home by midnight and her 13 year old daughter an 9 year old sun had to have a babysitter if she was going out, and she could not bring anyone of the opposite sex into her house after 1 am.

I think its called a curfew. Altho shucks! thats for kids and when I was still staying in a hostel and drinking + smoking was banned. Horrible horrible....

I don't see that possible. Maybe if "that person" has children whom have been abused by "that person's" boyfriends. In that case usually a judge will not let "that person" have custody.
