no technically it is not illegal as the supreme court ruled it was a right protected under the FREE SPEACH AMENDMENT....
HOWEVER, that is absolute CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
noone should ever burn a flag, it is a disgrace and an affront to everyone who lives in the country that the flag represents.
