I don't feel insecure about my man. After 19 years of being married, we've both learned to trust and respect each other. If a gal is insecure about her man, she should look at the reasons. Maybe he's not the right guy for her or she has some serious insecurity issues with herself.

Some women don't think they're good enough for their men...no matter how much their men make them feel wanted,needed, loved, beutiful, and tell them that it's all in their heads. It stems from their own insecurities, and sometimes they feel that if they ever do feel secure, things will crumble, and they'll feel insecure again, so why even bother feeling secure, when the feeling will just go away after a while? That also stems from their own insecurities.

Because they don't believe in themselves nor do they trust their choices.
If you know you're a good person, and are sure of yourself, if their man makes a transgression you're out of there. If a woman makes a smart choice about her mate, she trusts not only him but her instincts about him, she isn't usually insecure about her relationship or what he's doing.
You pick a dud, you live with the consequences.
