I am NOT in this situation. I watched a Soap Opera where this happened and I was wondering what people would do about it in real life.

Well after I freaked out...you would just have to end it. It's not right.
You hear these stories in real life every so often a family adopted out and the brother/sister fall in love not knowing they are. But the attraction is there because they have a connection...they just don't know at the time it's because they are blood!

My first response would be "ewwwwwwwwwwwww".....then I would call it off- if you know about them being your brother or sister while you're in a relationship with them you need help.

watch out cause if you get pregnant it could really mist things up for you and i would dump him as fast as i could move to anther state and change my name may i over said this but thats what i would realy do
