The Larry O'Brien Trophy is awarded to the TEAM that wins the NBA Finals. Unlike the Stanley Cup, every team that has won a championship, has one. As for the players, they get a ring as well as a hefty stipend for being on the winning team (losers get $$$ as well, just not as much). A lot of players have bonuses built in to their contracts if they win a championship as well.
