Did anyone read these books as a kid - about two clans of creatures that lived on a rubbish dump?
(The stories were written by S.A.Wakefield.)
If anyone knows anywhere that still has them in print, or whether the stories have been put on the internet I'd love to know about it!
(I've checked on Amazon and no luck!)
Thanks!

They ring a vague bell with me but I can't remember when I last saw any. Some good places for older or out of print books are Ebay (obviously) but also www.ABEbooks.co.uk (or .com) and Meadowcroft books (included on the page below), who will sometimes even search for books for free on your behalf. They found children's story 'The Dragon of Ogg' for me when I thought I'd never read it again!

Hope you track them down!

I remember that one! I just checked and it's no longer in print. The cheapest I could find is on a rare and used book site for 90 bucks. Someone is selling one on Amazon for over 200!

WAIT! Edit....I found one waaaaaay cheaper on abebooks.com. Go here:

Well, they are out of print but available secondhand, it seems:
