I want to open a day spa and salon, and I can't seem to find a lot of information about rental or buying costs. I want to either rent or own my own salon in a strip mall or retail location. Specifically I want to opena shop near Port Moody or Coquitlam. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance... Bye^^

Depending on the location, between $20 to 40 per square foot. This may or may not include triple nets. The closer to Vancouver the higher the rent.
