Sounds like the guy who did it must have treated you as if he were riding a horse! It shouldnt be all that painful unless he is hung like a horse or was mean to you. You need to relax, take deep breaths, and try to enjoy the moment, maybe more lube, maybe just you relaxing would help. Tucks medicated pads or preperation h would probably help now.
