Do just that, take a vacation! refocus and regroup! Keep your faith and know that there are others out there who are going through far worse and they still have their sanity. Sometimes we focus on certain negative situations that tends to stress us out. Try having a positive outlook on things. I know it's hard, but I firmly believe that whatever doesn't kill us makes us stronger. This to will come to pass, so stay positive and stay up!

A long vacation is exactly what you need. Book a flight to another country, it could be the caribbean or anywhere you wanna go. If your'e unable to travel due to insufficient finances, then go by a friend whom u haven't seen in a while so u 2 can catch up on old times. Nut make sure that watever u do, u take time out for yourself to just relax and destress. Fill ur mind with positive things and engage in whole activities that make u happy. Pamper yourself if you must as well, go sight seeing, horseback riding, golfing movies etc. Just have fun.

I was a sixteen year old senior in high school. though i didn't have to pay bills or anything, i was stressed too. just because you are a teen doesn't mean you get stressed. however, try to do something extracurricular, like volunteering at an old folk's home, or at a day care. something that will take you out of the ordinary. your love life: i think that you should just realize that you may be in love, but they aren't the first, and won't be the last(i hope) also if these things don't work, remeber everyone needs time for themselves. lock yourself in your room for a day or two and just chill. you might feel like you have to be doing something, but trust me. you don't. after all, you are 16

You are on vacation, it is called summer break. You are 16, it can't be that bad. You have a roof over your head, food to eat, clothes to wear, you are healthy. It could be so much worse. Enjoy the fact that you have no major responsibilities and just chill.

Just go for a walk in fresh air...you will feel better...cheers up baby..you are just 16, your teenage life has just started...so dont get bugged up if something goes wrong...instead try to find solution......if you are stressed up at this moment...try to get out of it...go for a walk....or sit calmly where nobody is there around...cheer up baby and have fun!!!

Find a quiet place where you can be alone with your thoughts. Pray to God that he bring peace in your life. You have to get away from the rattling of the world everyday and spend time with the Lord. Jesus loves you and he died or you. Trust him with your worries and concerns. Allow him to be your provider.
