I used DHL from China and Taiwan to ship items to here in US.
It's air and reasonable rate.
DHL is very popular in most Asia country; at least from I came from --Taiwan.
I never try UPS or FedEx for international, so I can't say how good (or bad) they are.
Make sure you get tracking number, so you will know the status.
Good luck.

Use the couriers like DHL / FedEx and UPS. That will for sure reach your friend. You may also use the local post but the problem lies in the reliability of the said service. Kung ok lang sa 'yo na baka 1-2 months bago makarating ang t-shirt mo o baka mawala pa, e di use that facility. :)

If it's just a shirt it would be cheaper to send it via post office. They weigh stuff you send and they charge cheaper than Fed EX or DHL.

EMS is the cheapest way.DHL is the safest way to go. i tried using global priority before and what they do back in phil is for the receiver to claim it in mnl post office and charge them a fee for claiming it. they will also open it in front of the receipient
