I think once you start doing things like that for a role, youa re goiing to have to do it more and more to keep getting role. these guys talk to each other. There is even the possibility that a director who would have given you a part anyways would hear the rumor and make you do that first after hearing it. and secrets are only secret for so long. eventually it would get out and do seroius harm to your movie career. wouldn't be worth it in my opinoin

If it's a really good part...why not? ;-)

well, the night will come and go, but the movie credit will be on your resume forever, and possiby lead to others if you get noticed for doing a good job..you have to take advantage of your opportunities. Its been said you get anything you want in this world, IF your willing to give up EVERYTHING for it. so it depends on how bad you want to be a movie star.

You shouldn't have to. But, if it's a really big movie and your part would be a good one, and who you'd have to do is not sick or gross, it would be worth it maybe. I can't say for sure that I wouldn't.

Depends on the size of the part. If you're going to be an extra, I'd say no.
