I don't think Scotland has a separate title for the Queen in Scotland, she just is Queen of Britain, and I think this stems from the reign of Queen Anne, she was the first monarch of Great Britain, prior to that the monarchs were given a separate title for Scotland and England, eg. James the VI and I, James the VII and II. The numerals after the names of monarchs ought to have gone back to I after the union of the crowns, hence several monarchs including Elizabeth II have a numeral that is wrong, she is not the second Queen Elizabeth of Britain, only England. This is why the SNP blew up post boxes in the 1950s which had ER II on them.

Officially, it's Queen Elizabeth II. But since she's the first Elizabeth Scotland has had as queen, she should be Queen Elizabeth the first of Scotland.
When England had a QEI, Scotland had Queen Mary. But England's queen felt threatened by Scotland's queen and had her beheaded.
