Does Anyone know how I can get rid of my Bulk-Junk Mail, on my e-mail sights?

I must get, anywhere from 10-40 Bulk-Junk mail, a day!!! No kidding!! I spend atleast 1-2 minutes, everytime I log onto my Yahoo, e-mail, or my Outlook Express e-mail, deleting Bulk-Junk mail. And sometimes I get so frustrated & do it so fast, I'll accidently delete, mail, my family will send me at Oulook Express, Help any infomation, from anyone, that can really be useful, will be very much appreciated!!

this happens hen ur spam guard is on. Go to ur mailbox, put spam guard off and see how it works. the spam sends Unsolicited e-mail, often of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups; junk e-mail. it happened with me also. but when i got my spam guard off the problem was cleared upto 50%.

another reason maybe that like the first answer said that u may have been entering competitions or u had subscribed online something. believe me or not I got 100 mails per day because accidently i had subscribed a online magazine. but when i readed the mail carefully that ther's a button for unsubscribe. this may also solve the problem upto 50%

50% + 50% = 100%

u said that u accidently delete ur mail which ur family has sent u. for this, only one way out. first read the sender's name carefully and then only delete it.

Do you have your email settings to filter spam, bulk mail?

If so, I still get some "junk" mail, and they obtain your email address from sites, that you have entered for contests, sweepstakes, buying products online (FTD Florist will not leave me alone LOL )
