Because formula for table salt is NaCl so when sodium ions concentration increases in our body then osmolority also increases and as a result OSMOSODIUM RECEPTOR ADH FEEDBACK MECHANISM is activated and also there is intracellular dehydration of thirst centre due to ibcrease sodium ions and increase water concentration water comesout of cells of thirst centre and we feel desire to drink water

This is actually due to the process of osmosis -- where salty water will move from areas of high concentration to low concentration through a membrane.
Therefore, when you eat salty food, your body takes on salt and actually starts to "shed" water. This decreases your water concentration and the process tells your body two things:
1. retain water (which is why bloating occurs)
2. drink water (to ensure an healthy balance)
#2 above is why you get thirsty.
