Neither really, but I'd rather not die anytime soon. This question reminds me of Seinfeld during one of his stand up routines, the bit goes something like. "They took a poll and the #1 fear of most Americans is public speaking, #2, death. Which means, if your attending a funeral you would rather be in the casket, then giving the eulogy."

I actually wish I had more opportunities to speak in front of large groups. I'm amazed with people that handle themselves well. I think it would be a good way to build confidence and leadership qualities.
I'm not scared of death, but I'd much rather speak in front of a group than die.

death, My job requires me to to speak infront of crowds of 20 or more on a regular basis. So any sort of fear that I had has diminished over time, so I have no problem with that... death scares me only because I have so much that I still want to accomplish.

Speaking in front of a crowd is as bad as death the first time. But through repitition it gets easier and easier...there' no repitition in death!
Death is definitely worse
