I think the answer you're hoping for is "massive expansion that fills up the car". This is not going to happen because the foaming is caused by the sudden expansion of the minute bubbles in the shaving cream as it leaves the nozzle of the can.

Since the shaving cream is going to warm up from the outside and there's nothing containing it, it's just going to sog down as the gas escapes slowly from the melting glob of cream.

Not sure I understand this question . . .

If I interpret this correctly, you want to know what will happen if you freeze a can of shaving cream, then remove the lump of frozen material from the can and put it in your car in the hot sun?

The frozen block of shaving cream would melt and make a mess in your car.

Or do you freeze the can, and then take the frozen can and stick it in your car? The shaving cream will thaw out and, if the car gets hot enough, possibly rupture.
