Keep it to one page. Use a separate page for references both personal and professional. Show your work history. Be positive and enthusiastic. There have to be a billion sites out there for info on writing a resume. Use spell check! Best of luck.

The one thing I learned from a resume is to not just list your previous responsibilities, but to put the good that came from it. An example is: My responsiblity was to oversee the inventory of office supplies. This eliminated any shortages of necessary materials and prevented any overstock.

Previous experience that shows retail sales would help you. Plus, including words about customer service and knowlegeable about the cell phone use and plans and the various competitive plans and products.. in your cover letter would also help

Anything positive that you've done that might apply to this position. For instance, "customer service experience" if you've dealt with the public in any position. "Familiar with equipment" if you've used their service before is another. Note things like "enjoy sales" or "good customer rapport", "my goal is customer satisfaction", and so on. Hang in there, and good luck!

Find a templet in Word and go off that. Make sure you put whether you have worked or not. And as your objective just tell them that you are trying to acheive higher standards for yourself by working for them....or something like that. Oh and don't make anything up.

Just emphasize any experience you may have regarding customer services and sales/marketing. They are probably looking for someone who can add to the company outright. You should emphasize those qualifications if you have them.

I would suggest that you one, use a cover letter, and two if you have a career objective, target it. Ex: I want a ______ position with Verizon Wireless in order to use my skills and grow in my career.
Good luck and go get 'em!
