oh ok jokes apart!!! Is she despirate to talk to you? does she feels bad when you dont look at her...or dont talk to her? does gets jealous when you talk with other girls? does she always watch what you doing?? if "YES" then there is something special for you....just wait and have patience.....cheers!!!

This is problem. Even if you ask you may be in danger of a lawsuit for harrasment. You might want to socialize oin a group setting and when the time is right(NOT AT WORK) begin to express your feelings toward her. Women are generally very intuitive and by now she probably knows you like her and she may try to use that against you seeing as how you are her employer. Do what you will but BE CAREFUL and considerate.
Do not show favoritizm toward her compared to the other employees.

Everyones right first build up the confidence needed to ask her.Then go for the plunge trust me though if she loved you she'd be showing signs right on back.Oh yeh by the way when you ask her kind of make it casual dont just tell her at work but as an employee she might not want to even consider relation ships with other workes that can complicate things and form into special treatment trust meyou dont want to get involved with co-workers that leads to trouble but if your serious about her go for the plunge and see if shes serious about you.=P

There's really only one solution:asking her. dating an employee is very tricky though. for you it's nice work. for her it's like she's sleeping with the boss to get promotions. if you decide to go for it, you really can't go back. sometimes though you have to take a chance. Only you can decide to go for it or not. If you do go for it though, be very careful or you could end up with a sexual harassment case.

if she is still single and available, then why not ask or show to her that you like her. Find it out... there are boss that marries their employee, Bill Gates is one of them.

Dismiss the thought of her, If she does like you and you go out for a while it will cause a conflict with your company.
If she doesn't like you she has the full right to sue you for sexual harassment.

well it would be rather stupid to go and ask her. u should follow her moves towards u, if she is confident around u and maybe blushes when u ask her some stuff then there she is giving signs ;)
