can you get a motorola phone and connnect it to a sprint plan??

Sprint uses PCS technology and razr work on GSM like Cingular T-mobile. So you cannot use it with Sprint

i actually contacted Sprint to ask the same thing and they told me that they could provide service to a razr, only if it had the sprint logo on it. good luck finding one though, i still haven't been able to!

Yes, you can buy an "unlocked" phone and use it with any cell provider.
