Certain drugs are classified as safe to take while pregnant and others are a complete "stay away!". :) Too many websites are unreliable in being able to tell you whether or not they are safe. Your best bet is to ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Early in pregnancy (before 6 weeks) the placenta hasn't formed yet so the baby isn't taking any nutrients from the mother's body. You should be safe if you are that early (you didn't say), but I would definitely talk to someone before you get much farther along. Good luck!

If you have any problem, then it could infect the baby. or if any hereditary problem.
