No way, I couldn't refer to Bill Clinton as the first gentlemen. Maybe the "First Adultery"

We will--that term has been used in the media and will become the standard. Now if Hilary does, Bill will NOT be the First Gentleman having already been president--he'll be addressed as President Clinton.

The moniker will proably not be used in that aspect. Especially if it is Bill, then he will be either the President's husband or just the ex-president.
