Why would you buy a laptop just for its keyboard structure?
Just get a separate keyboard from a store for like $20 and you can just install it to your laptop and use it whenever you need to use the number pad.

yes! I have one...mine is the HP Pavillion ZD7000
Its a widescreen laptop and so it has room for a number pad

Look at your current keyboard. See if you don't already have a number keypad (in blue) on the u,i,o,p keys.
