I don't have any pain, and this is the 4th tatto I got. It just seems this one dried out more than the others. There is no infection. Its just flaking...sort of like dead skin falling off.

This is perfectly normal. A tatoo is just that - a scab. So it is perfectly normal for it to flake the way a scab does. When I got my tatoo I was really worried when it started flaking, too. I thought it was somehow just going to flake right off. It didn't of course - that thing is there forever. The point is this is a perfectly normal part of the healing process - nothing to worry about.

Yes it it is normal remember that a tattoo is really a scar filled with pigments
do not take The scab away let it fall by itself,
use a non greasy moisturizing lotion put it for half an hour so that it gets into the skin and then dry the excess with gentle taps
don´t expose it to the sun fur the first twelve weeks to keep the color bright.
that should do it

Keep it moist with hand lotion (you probably already know that). After all is said and done most places will do free touch ups within the first six months. So if it flakes off here and there don't worry too much about it.

Keep it moist with A&D ointment for several days. Do not pick the dead skin off.

Well as long as you used lotion it should be alright. Check to make sure the coloring in it looks good.
