I dont really understand what you are saying. Bu from the way i am reading this question u have a lil sister? and u dont want her to get hurt by having sex?
The what you need to do, is get outta her love life. Theres no way you can shelter someone you love from hurt. Trust me. No matter how hard you try she willget hurt by a guy.

You should develop close friendship with your sis. Be open to her. Always advice n tell her about the facts in life.

1st of all start with your sis age...if lets said that she is below 18 then i dont need to explain so much.Its illegal.2nd,she is old enough to decided what she do and what you only could do is give her advice.....Remember,sex is based on true love.....Hoped this will helped you:)
