Trinidad and Tobago needs win to move on. Can they get that 3 points against a strong South American team?

Can Trinidad and Tobago really cause an upset against Paraguay?

I think we stand a good chance of winning. The Paraguayan defense has not been as strong as it can be.
We however are in the hands of England (I'm sorry Sweden but you guys need to go down, as hard as possible).
If Trinidad wins by 1 which I think is most probable, we need England to beat Sweden by 3 and not 2 goals or it all comes down to the toss of a coin!

Against almost almost any other Latin American team, I'd say, probably not. But they'll be playing Paraguay. So far Paraguay's defense has been successful at keeping the opposition to only one goal a piece, but if Trinidad and Tobago have been studying, I think they can pull it off.

I think they can give Paraguay a run for their money. They also need a Swedish loss to stand a chance, though; don't know if that will happen though. The Sweden-England game should be pretty good.

Yes, Paraguay is probably the weakest Western Hemisphere team playing in the World Cup. their first game with England was a disaster... an autogoal

I think they can get 3 points unless Trinidad believes they can win thats the only problem I have with Trinidad.

Of course we can.

They have more to play for than Paraguay and they really don't have anything to lose. Yorke and his boys will give it their best.

Also I hope Latapy, "The Little Magician" finally gets a chance to play.

we can win but the question is can we beat them by at least 3 goals ( we are -2 on goal difference) cus lets say we beat them 1-0 and sweden(providing they dont score) lose then sweden will advance on goal difference (they are +1) so even if we win (1-0)we have to hope england beat sweden by at least 2 or three goals

I think they will and i hope they do. They were rated last in WC standings and are surprising everyone. GO TT!
