its all hooked up but the computer cant find it! i need help!!!!

Go to your preferences and click on ipod preferences and check the box that says "open itunes when ipod is connected"

Once connect to the computer, you have to turn on the ipod
Then, you wait and see if on the right shortcut bar, shows a little bubble that saids, Found New Device, Please click here. Or something like that.
If not, you can click on My computer and selete iPod under Device with Removable Storage. And it will open up.
But, if you don't turn on the iPod after you connect it, it will do nothing. You must have it Connect AND on.

call their customer service .. maybe the itunes is not installed properly .... try installing the ipod disk again
