i have done 3 years degree in hotel management, i am from india, i have done my training in various five star hotel , can any one help me

Does your institution not have campus recruitment?
You have not mentioned which city you are from. Today there is a shortage for staff in most good hotels, do a search for the websites for the hotels of the ITC group (Windsor), the Taj group, the Oberoi group, the Royal Orchid Group -this is Bangalore based, etc. You'll find the careers or Jobs links on the respective sites. Apply through maybe a good Job site like monster, Times Jobs, etc.

Try with recruitment agencies in India and abroad. How about the places you have taken training at?

Many new hospitality companies and entities are coming up in big cities as well as newer tourist destinations, you need to keep a track of the things happening in the industry and keep applying for a position suitable to your education and experience.
