Trying to put together an eye catching flyer for my house for sale in YorktownHgts, NY around town. I am hosting an Open house next weekend and want to draw in propective buyers. I've already lowered the price for a quick sell, posted on Craigslist and is currently advertised in the local- nypennysaver.com. Any other tips?

HIRE A REALTOR! unless you know a LOT about real estate, i suggest hiring a realtor. otherwise there are TONS of potential problems that can occur...
