I dont think that there are stupid questions. There is always room for learning. I believe that people who think that questions are stupid, have no patience. Maybe the ones who are asking you value your opinion and are interested in what you have to say.

people keep asking "stupid questions" to gain an answer. you may not realize it, but some questions aren't meant to be jokes or just plain stupid questions. truth be told, they just want to know the answer..it might hold a significance importance in their life..
