I live in a small old house in a hot climate. There is a large garden with a pool (or a clean river). I draw and paint for my living, which earns enough to keep me and mine in sufficient food, water, shelter and warmth. That is it.

Thanks, good question.

I'd love to have a modest home with several bedrooms overlooking the ocean just south of Puerta Viarta Mexico. I would have my children and their families with me or at least close by, because if this dream ever became a reality it means but great luck I have hi the lottery and can afford to move us all to a remote quiet tropical location!

I want to live on a island with family and great friends. Not too quiet cause I like a bit of noise! Would like to live the simple life but still have enough money to lead a comfortable life. I hate the stresses and pressures of modern day society! I just want to be able to be myself without the judgement and b***hyness that is oh so common now. I want to be able to let any children I may have play outside without fear. It will be hard but one day I am going to make my dream a reality!!!

By water - sea/lake/river don't mind. In Britain, a location miles away from my nearest neighbour - just me, my man and a couple of dogs in an beautiful old house would be lovely, lots of walks and fresh air - bliss. I live in London at the mo and I am so so so sick of there being so many, generally rude, people. *sigh* - you've got me dreaming now.

Imagine a monastery type place high in the mountains above the trees with lands all around as far as the eye can see. Around the monastery are apple orchards, cherry blossoms, a flowing river, beautiful gardens. There are stables for horses, sheds for other animals. Dogs and cats roam friendly around. Imagine this monastery.
That is the place.
With my family, the one i love and our children. And our friends and their children and for work we run a retreat centre their for people to come to heal their confused lives under our help. Its self sufficient and self contained in its beauty and so peaceful and natural it seems like heaven. We would live as angels on earth helping the men, women and children who come to us with the burdens of their world.
That is the life.
Anybody willing to share my dream ;-)

I would love to live in an old French farm house, surrounded by beautiful countryside, in the clean fresh air, warm sunshine, great food, good wine, a much better standard of living than in stinky old London UK
