What? How the heck did you receive a degree if you can't even type a correct sentence. Try going back to College for a few English and Grammar classes. Meanwhile consider a partime job at a major hotel chain such as the Hilton, or Sheraton. That way you gain some expereicne until your English imporves.

If you want to be in hotel management, tourism, or any other field where you will have extensive contact with the public, I suggest taking a class in English so that you can improve your language skills and grammar. Your question was impossible to understand.
