You didnt give enough information State laws vary and you didnt say how you are related this makes a difference...regardless of all the bad information you are going to get it actually could possiblely be legal..lthis would depend on how closely you are related...if her parents are in agreement with the marriage and what state you are from.Aproximately 19 states allow for marriage between first cousins and some states allow for marriage between more distant cousins almost all state allow for marriage of girls underage with parental permission...so while youre going to get alot of angry people answering your question many who think sex under the age of 18 is illegal and imoral everywhere and that marrying a distant realative is somehow sinful and illegal ...the facts are that in many cases this is legal and has been going on right here in the good ol USA forever...Jerry Lee Lewis for one married his 13 year old cousin...this isnt as uncommon as people think.

Cool it, dude. Forget about marriage for at least four to five more years. First of all you're both too young for marriage. Second of all she's 14 years old. Enjoy that young little behind & mouth while you can but forget about marrying her. Really, just cool it with all the emotional crap and focus on the physical attributes of the relationship that obviously brought you together in the first place.

You can't marry her. Get a therapist, grow up, work it out. She's too young for you, even if you weren't related. You've got serious issues - Leave her alone. You're just going to make her life a mess if you don't drop it NOW.
