I totally disagree with that. Men experience a vast range of emotions. Most men are very good at not showing them though. Some times we are lazy, or bored, or excited, or happy, etc. If a guy is watching his favourite team on the TV and you don't see him with an erection that doesn't mean he is hungry, it means he is into the game. He most likely won't notice you made him a sandwich, even if he eats it all.

i can do loads of emotions: hungry, horny, sleepy, angry, sulky, sicky (manflu is about you know, and it's much much worse than anything a woman can get).
Oh and for the sandwich - as long as there is some sort of meat in there anything is good.
