To the guy who said Rush and Dream Theater - are you ever going to quit high school band and move out of your mom's basement? I mean, really, dude...

And Rick Allen? Props to the guy for not giving up, but come on... Do you need ANY hands to play drums for Def Leppard? My 2-year-old could keep the beat on "Hysteria"

The best rock drummer? I couldn't be forced to decide between John Bonham and Keith Moon.

Honorable mention has to go to Mitch Mitchell of the Jimi Hendrix Experience. The fact that anyone even remembers there WERE drums in a Hendrix song is remarkable. Listen to "Fire" - it's one of the Experience songs that is driven by Mitchell's furious drumming, and it sounds like Jimi is just keeping up. Remarkable.

LARS from Metallica is pretty incredible even though he is full of hate.

Tommy Lee - Motley Crue he can play upside down need I say more

Joey JORDAN From slipknot He runs at least 5 miles a day to keep his heart in shape because of how fast he plays. But if you think Slipknot doesnt have talent you have already made up your mind and wont care about that.

Travis Barker - most famous from Blink 182 Even if you hate punk rockers give him props he can play anything and he plays it well.

Def Leppords drummer needs props because he only has one arm

Bun E. Carlos of Cheap Trick. It's an oldie, but if you get the chance, listen to Live at Budakon.

PS Lars Ulrich is not a great drummer. Even his bandmates admit it. If you want proof, check out their interview with Playboy.
